A marriage in China not found to be in good faith by Homeland Security, am I married in the eyes of the US?

If it's a legal marriage, then you're legally married in any country. Whether you and your spouse are legal residents is another matter.


if they found it to be not of good faith then i am assuming they think it was a fraud of some sort ...in which case they cant deny the marriage but they can deny recidency to the one from overseas.
