Lost a civil suit.?

i filed a small claims suit because a local corporation made my student loans come due because of general carelessness and they didn't ask for court costs. this guy got a lawyer that worked for like 2 days. he's telling me he's taking me to district court and suing me for a combined total of like 56,000 alleging that he didn't ask for it in small claims because he got an attorney and he suing me for like slander and stuff. and the judge threw it out because i put the malpractice instead of breach of written contract and i couldn't make out a fancy form like his attorney to amend it. these people caused my student loans to default while they goofed off breaching the contract and and their negligence got me in trouble with the law. can anyone help me

Answers:
Bottom line: You lost your lawsuit and you are unhappy about that.

Next time, pony up for a lawyer. They are there for a reason.

Did you not pay your student loans?
Your question doesn'r really make too much sense. What are you trying to do? How much do you owe on your student loan? Did another entity buy your student loan so that you pay someone else? What kind of trouble did you get into. Don't understand question.
