Well first off I doubt Vick had any direct contact as you suggest. He probably just supplied the propety and money supply . This is not a race case but a typical "make and example" case that the Feds do every now and then, they get a big name for something to scare everyone else into line
I agree with Sway - everything in Politics always seems to turn into a racial thing. This was about treatment of dogs NOT a lynching of a black or white man for goodness sake!
The charges against Michael Vick have nothing to do with race. He broke the law, plain and simple. That being said, however, did you see the crowds outside the courthouse when he was brought in for arraignment? There was a large crowd of animal rights activists (almost exclusively white) that were shouting "Burn in hell, n!gger" at him. Now, how can you say THAT'S not racist?!?!!
Civil rights group are like labor unions, there was a time they were needed but after laws have been changed, they have needed to invent a new cause, in the process they have been corrupted by socilaists. With the corruption, they have also become racists- ANY black person will be defended only because of the color of their skin unless that person is a political enemy of socialism, like Clarence Thomas or Condoleeza Rice.
Socialism has linked arms with civil rights, abortion rights, gay rights, all of these gorups are in a partnership with socialism.
Sadly, the civil rights groups today, practice the exact same style of racism, as what inspired civil rights activists 40+ years ago, when the laws were unfair.
There is a lot of hurt as a result of racist activities in the past. It's important for a community to rally in support of the innocent and prevent racism regardless of how it rears it's head. In the case of Michael Vick, however, I believe that he has connections in the civil rights organizations and is using them to bill this as a "race thing" in an effort to divert attention from the mounds of evidence and testimony that are piling up against him as the result of his no longer alleged, but admitted cruelty to animals (I mean for real even his attorneys couldn't help him). For the record I think Vick is guilty. For the record I have great and complete contempt for racists as I believe they are narrow minded hate mongers. For the record I find cruelty to animals almost as contemptable as racism. For the record, I think using a false claims of racism to hide from facing the consequences of one's cruelty to animals cowardly, juvenile and reprehensible.
Because Sharpton and the NAACP are becoming completely irrelevant in this day and age. Blacks always seem to claim racism, because its NOT their fault they all live like thugs.
