Answer:
Check out Employment Law. The EEOC is generating new areas of harrassment to include "Bullying In The WorkPlace." Check out the link and do a search for bullies in the workplace. You MAY find it interesting.
You can grow the fvck up. Jesus.. somebody isn't nice to you and you want to sue? What is this.. pre-school?
Honestly, get another job. As long as they are not being racist, sexually harrassing or making fun of your religion there is not a lot you can do. I have worked for plenty of idiots like that. They get off on degrading and humiliating. Look for another job.
Call in the Department of Labor. No employer has the right to do that
either get another job or buy some KY Jelly so it doesn't hurt so much.
Quit!
I agree, grow up. Either shut up and do your job. Or quit and go find another job. By the way its not your job its your employer's job. He's just letting you do it. Its his right to give it to someone else.
If you don't like the way they run their business refuse to accept the pay and quit.
There is no bigger coward than a boss who acts like a bully, because such a person abuses people who are in no position to defend themselves. Here in the U.S. it is illegal for an employer to engage in certain forms of discrimination towards, or any sexual harrassment of an employee. However, there's unfortunately very little legal precedent (so far) for suing a boss for engaging in any other form of demeaning treatment. If your boss is merely being a jerk, then you're probably out of luck. But you could try talking to a labor law attorney about filing a "hostile workplace environment" claim against him, as there is definitely a growing movement in the legal profession to take action against bullies in the workplace on grounds that an asshole boss or a malicious coworker creates additional stress which causes very real health problems for employees in the long run. And employees DO have an established legal right to a safe and healthy workplace environment.
