What can I do about reporting this to cops?

I paid $519 to have a company ship my car from NY to FL almost two weeks ago and didn't get my car yet when I was suppoused to get it no later than 10 days later. It's been 12 days and everytime I speak to the driver, he tells me he'll be here on that same day and never shows up. Always gives me a different story as to why he's still not here. A flat tire on the truck, no money for gas and waiting for his boss to send him it, etc. What can I do about this?

Answers:
Contact the Better Business Bureau where the car is being ship from.
They will have reports on file if other users of this carrier have had difficulties with their delivery service.

I would go to the police and explain the situation and see if you can report it stolen!
