How can I get money back that was garnished from my wages, once I file bankrupcy?

Answers:
Filing for bankruptcy does not allow a person to retro-actively recover funds that have already been used to reduce debt. However, if you are going the route of a restructuring bankruptcy, the previous payments will obviously be taken into account.
