If a force greater than what is being used against you is used in self-defense you're breaking the law. For example is somebody begins to punch you and you pull out a gun and shoot them you are in serious trouble.
However, if a person tries to shoot you with a gun and you were to hit them with your car or something you'd have probable cause to do it as it was equal force in your own self defense and you probably wouldn't get in trouble.

If you could prove that using the weapon was self-defense and only self-defense, and that was the only way you could get them to stop attacking you, then you wouldn't go to juvie or jail.
It depends on your age, but most courts these days are pushing for adult penalties for adult crimes like murder. So best bet? Don't kill anyone, ever. I doubt you are being attacked because if you were you wouldn't be on the 'net planning a murder. That, by the way, makes it premeditated, not self defense. If you are in a violent situation, your best bet is to call 911 and let the police handle it.
Hmmm.It depends on whether you MEANT to kill him as self defense (which would be an unreasonable thing to do), or if in the struggle a fatal strike was given (which people could imagine within reason). I would say you only stand a chance if this weapon was a knife. A gun lets you point and pick your spot with precision, and requires you to pull the trigger. A blunt object would need too many blows to kill someone. So killing them with those objects requires pointing AND shooting, or repeated offensive blows. A knife could be in your hand and possibly stab him when he lunges.

If you are being attacked or abused by someone you must go to the police and report these incidents! The police and juvenile authorities will investigate and if it's true you'll be placed where the person can never harm you again! But you DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO PLAN TO KILL ANYONE!

I would think so... whether the adult has a weapon or not, you killed him. Your lawyer might get you off if he can prove you didn't mean to kill him or weren't aware that your actions could kill him. Has happened.
