Kenya Airways made me miss my Dad's funeral.?
I missed my dads funeral because Kenya Airways delayed me by 38 hours. Have written to them to complain, but wondered if there is a better way of complaining?

File a lawsuit against them.
I would speak to a lawyer and file a lawsuit. That is something that can never be given back to you.
You cannot sue a public carrier for being late or delayed. It is horrible you missed the services, but you would have to prove they kept you away on purpose. And you cannot sue without filing a claim first.
This is a professional failure. The air-line can be sued for this . You can go to consumer redressal cell.
Get a solicitor and sue them! Claim mental trauma!

You may have a claim on your travel insurance for the delay but will not be able to sue the airline for the delay. I'm sorry that things turned out the way they did for you.
That is awful if i was in that position i would feel gutted.
