What are the negative aspects of the two child policy?

this is for a debate.. what must i say if i disagree with the two child policy..

Answer:
Whenever you implement a law, you have to ask yourself a very important question: "Am I willing to put a person in jail for not obeying this law? How far am I willing to go to enforce this law?"

So, let's ask ourselves if we're willing to put women in jail for having more than two children. Are we willing to force an abortion on her for violating the law? It's fine and dandy to complain about overpopulation and limited resources, but most of the solutions are dangerously unfree and set a very bad standard for the respect of life and human rights.
