can a private limited company can terminate the employee on the basis of low productivity i.e. doing the work slowly not on the basis of misconduct ect by judging the work of the person only for just 3 months of working is it legal in india if no can we sue that company on the basis of what do help me by answering this question any lawyer in india or friends who know the answers. i need as many answer as u can . thanks to all friends who give proper answers to my question

Depends on the state. Some states are union states, such as Washington. In those states it is nearly impossible to fire anyone. Some states are right to work states, such as Idaho. In those states they can fire you for anything.

Yes, it is legal to terminate you, unless you have a written agreement to the contrary.
Check the company's terms and conditions. It would be written in employees hand book.
