Is pepper spray illegal in Florida? If not where can I get it?

For self-defence. I would feel a lot safer if I had it with me in public places. Anyone could hurt me or my family.

Florida Law does allow you to openly carry, for self defense purposes a chemical control agent such as pepper spray. There are limitations however, which can be located in Florida State Statutes Chapter 790. You should read and understand the restrictions and responsibilities prior to carrying any weapon.

Check your local drug or hardware store or look for places that sale guns
