If you receive paperwork to lower child support by mail, must you respond?

Answer:
I would respond as soon as possible. Not sure how your state is but in NY once the support unit gets involved things get all wacky. Good luck.

only if you want to contest the amount of support you are paying. My DH just got his and he is going to court as they take over 50% of what he earns and arent allowed that by law...Good luck!
If it says you must respond, then you must.
