Legal put music from ares to website directly?
Hello, is illegal to put music in my web? Example background music, like 50 cents etc etc or a mp3 flash player with music.. If yes how much are the % to get catched with 100 unique hits for month? (0.0000000001)?

It may be legal to use P2P file sharing programs like Ares, but a lot of the music you find with them is illegal to download and distribute in any way. The majority of the people sharing files on those networks are violating copyright law. Not that it stops anybody, but you really should know about that. All legalities aside, if you just make a few of those MP3s into background music for some little personal homepage like a Myspace page or something like that, and not use it on a commercial website, I think it's pretty unlikely you'll get into any trouble. Just don't go crazy with it - if you list a bunch of illegal MP3s on a webpage somewhere for people to download, somebody working for the music industry might eventually find it through Google and have your page shut down.
