How long are admin staff in the hospital service in the u.k allowed on the sick?

how long are admin staff allowed on sick leave in the Hospital service in the u.k ?

Answers:
all nhs staff are entitled to 6 month full pay and 6 month half pay

i know of people who work in med records being off sick for 2 years with stress personally i think its wrong but thats the NHS for you
there is no known limits as such .but would give ball pack figure of one year ..then sent for medical then retired due to health reasons
