How can i get a permanent restraining order judgment reversed based upon default was at another court house.?
had a hearing on the permanent restraining order but was not able to make it due to beeing at another court house concerning another matter.

Often, permanent restraining orders only last a year. You should check this out in your state about your order.
Restraining orders are almost always granted upon reasonable request if the subject-person does not show up to present evidence and arguments in his own behalf. So, it was an automatic thing. Just schedule another hearing. You will need to file a petition (or motion) with the court. So, hiring a lawyer is good, but you can do it yourself. Ask the Clerk of Courts at your courthouse if they have a form for restraining order cases. If not, you can probably find out how to do it from the internet. You seem to have some familiarity with courthouses, so this may be easy for you.
you needed to let both courts know, and see which would change your court date.....
