When will a trespassing violation be erased from my record?

Yesturday I got caught trespassing on some property (I swear it was an accident!), I was really close to being arrested but since I told the truth I pretty much "got off" No court dates or arresting or tickets or anything. But I'm in the computer system as trespassing. When will this be, if anytime, be wiped from the system? I'm 18 and live in New York.

Answers:
Police reports never really disappear. However, most people only look at court records (remember innocent until proven guilty). If there is no court case, or ticket, you have nothing to worry about.
