What are the rights of illegitimate child?

Answers:
"Illegitimate" -- meaning born outside of marriage?

No different than any other child, in most countries.

In the US, "legitimacy" has no effect on inheritance or kinship, or entitlement to child support. The only difference is in when paternity must be proven if it's not established at birth -- but that applies in all cases -- marriage just creates a presumption of paternity.

In what regard?
in texas, the rights of an illegitimate child are the same as a child born into wed-lock.

is there anything specific you want to know.
EXACTLY the same as a legitimate child.
