Is it illegal to posses psycodelic mushrooms in the state of florida?
i was told that it is legal to posses a certain amount of fresh mushrooms in florida and i was wondering if this is true and if so how much can u have? this kid got arrested the other day for possesion of a controlled substance when he was caught in a field picking these "magic" mushrooms, im not sure how much he had but they dont get much fresher than that any help here would be appreciated, also what is the penalty for possesing shrooms? is it a felony? how about trespassing? in florida. thanks

Some people just don't get it,weed ,shrooms anything that mellows you out is much better then drinking smoking cigs.The two things that is none to kill you is legal it's a little backwards if you ask me.
It is illegal to have the actual mushrooms..some states its ok to have the spores, buy the spores or sell the spores.just not the finished product.
