I went shopping and some guy in a black coat grabbed my a**, should I press charges?
All I know is, I was looking at some T's on a shelf in a high in store. This guy in a black coat who I know was eyeing me comes really close to me, I ignored it. Then I dropped the T by accident and he grabs, should I press charges or not ? =/

you can try but your description is not enough to go on.
You cant press charges on someone if you cant find them or dont know their name. But just in case you do.be my guest!!

i've had something happen to me like that too. it was really uncomfortable and i regret not telling the guy something when it happened.
no one deserves to go through something like that.
if you know you could indentify the guy or better yet, you know who he is, i think you should.
Charges are overboard. Just slap the crp out of him and let him know just how unappreciated it is. Also give him the cold shoulder big time. If he doesn't take the hint and back off then consider charges or if he repeats his behavior. Make sure you let him know that you WILL press charges if he ever does it again.
