My son was supposed to be in jail this weekend?
He's 18 years old, got into a fight with a kid from school who had been messing with his GF, the other boy was 17 and the judge gave my son 2 weekends in jail. I took him for his first weekend and on Thursday of this week he decided to spend the night with his friend. His father and I both told him to be home so we could take him to jail to serve the rest of his time. He didn't come home, but called and said he was out of state. He came home tonight and my husband is going to take him to the jail tomorrow morning. Any ideas what will happen now?? Someone?? Anyone?? He's a silly (or stupid) boy and says they will just make him stay next weekend. I think they'll probably give him some time. Actually I hope so. Something needs to wake the boy up.

He could be given additonal time (not much), and probably won't be let out until it is served.
They are going to give him time. There will be NO MORE weekend jail. 24/7 now.
I THINK THAT DEPENDS ON IF THE JUDGE GOT SOME THE NIGHT BEFORE THAT DETERMINES THE MOOD THAT HE WILL BE IN..HE BETTER HAVE A GOOD REASON HE HAS TO LEARN TO OBEY THE LAW
im sure they was another sentence before the judge decided his time he could get more time than he made start kid
Why do you even care about him?
I mean if he's stupid enough to get put into jail why are you letting him stay out of state with a friend?
