Is there any way that I can find out legally who has been making accusations against me at work?

Someone where I work has been making accusations of drinking towards me. I live in the state of Wisconsin. Does someone know how I might legally find out this persons identity? I've been given some ideas on how to protect my reputation but I don't know how to find out who this person is. PLEASE HELP ME! I need this job and would not do something stupid like drinking before my shift!!

You can't be exactly sure just what is being said about you. Is this person saying you're drinking just before coming into work and that you are drunk or under the influence when you arrive at work? Or, is this person saying they saw you drinking the night before and that you have a drinking problem and are hung over when you report to work? Either way, if you have alcohol in your system or are hung over, then your ability to do the job is impaired and your employer has cause to be concerned.

Your employer is not going to tell you who is talking about you. She shared the information with you so that you would have an opportunity to shape up if you are drinking so that you can save your job.

If you know that you are always completely free of alcohol while at work, then ask your manager to have you undergo a serum alcohol test the next time this person makes an accusation against you. Undergoing the test and coming up clean should put an end to the talk about you.

Why not speak with your supervisor about it and assure him or her that you are clean and sober. Tough for you to force management to tell you who the bad actor is.
Instead of seeking out the source, consider how best to deal with the accusations. If I were boss, the mere fact that you demanded to know the source would lead me to conclude first that you were up to no good and second that you are more trouble than you are worth to me.
