no, if there is a search warrant commanding a sample be provided, you cannot refuse on any religious grounds.

Anybody with legal rights can deny a dna test except, of course, if they are presented with a warrant for their dna.
I'm a active Jehovah's Witness and have never heard of this before. You can't deny DNA. Where did you hear this information?
