Why are killer's rights greater than their victims?
Why can this mother sue because her son's execution took "too long"? He was sedated. He KILLED. Did his victim get sedation before he was murdered? She should NOT get money for this!! We need to swing the pendelum back to the middle. Victim's rights should weigh more than the attacker's.

This is an attemptt to make sure they have the right person(s) and even that at times do fail (take your pick at any number of reasons)This is to show our attemp to raise above what the killer was and is.
Because everyone seems to be looking to steal money for nothing. There should be a panel of judges to kill any ridiculous lawsuit before it ever gets to court. Like the damn pants.

The victim's rights were weighed, that's why the killer was convicted and sentenced to death. But then the killer has other, separate rights. One of these is that the state cannot inflict cruel and unusual punishment, including excessive suffering. The fact that he killed someone doesn't change this. In fact, the right only exists after a crime has been committed, after all, so it makes little sense to try to equate the two. Nobody is saying he shouldn't have been punished for his crime, simply that the punishment has to comport with the law.
Well, this system does not work very well . They claimed everyone has equal rights and this is not truth. Just see how Bush is going to pardon Lybby. Why him and not many other who have committed lesser offenses.
