Mezmaralda, spoken like a true Communist - "From each according to his ability. To each according to his need." T hose who benefit the most from any government program should be forced to pay the most for it. This applies to socialist medicine, welfare, food stamps, government "education" institutions, and all other governemnt programs.
Well if our country keeps going like it is, do you really think we'll ever get national health care?
why stop there, how about drinkers, people with speeding tickets, people with violent tempers,pilots,motorcyclest,an... dangerous,
So you are suggesting that we have national weigh-ins? Smokers tests? Do you want this inspection does yearly? Every single American to see the doctor every year? The only ones that would benefit off of this would be the doctors and the government.
No. Everyone pays in a set percentage each week (payroll deductions) according to what they earn. Only private insurance charge more for being overweight (not just fat) or smoking even one cigarette per year. Oh and don't forget about your credit score. Many insurers are using that now as an excuse to up the premiums and Profits for them.
dumas#edrat what happened to the money from the RJR suit? Didn't they claim it was for the rising cost of healthcare for the smokers? BITE MY A#S!!
Yea, then we can test every man, woman and child for a full host of genetic predispositions to various diseases, conditions and syndromes. That way everyone can pay more.
