DO U KNOW WHAT U R SUPPORTING!? well i went 2 a protest and i couldn't belive what i saw! did u know that the circus is starving the mom animals so that the circus people can take their babies without a fight?! it is not right! how would u like 2 be locked up in a cage in chains every moment of your life!??? it is so sad! i was so mad when i heard this. listen... the animals don't have 2 preform is u don't show up!!!! animals r just like us... they r not like a cat or dog that can be trained... they r ment 2 be free in the wild! it is crule and mean!!! i what to know what u think. STOP OBUSING THE ANIMALS! it can take 1 person 2 stop this madness... wouldn't u want 2 be 1 of those people?

I know it breaks my heart to know what the world is doing to these poor creatures, they put them in such states that they are unable to fight back. I wish thy were something we could, but everytime this issue is brought up to attention it gets worse. It's just horrible.
Yeah, it pains be to learn they're starving those clowns so they can take the baby clowns away.

And yet most of the major circus programs in the United States care very much for their animals. They treat them like you would want to be treated because they know its good politics and good for their acts. I am certain there are still small acts out there which neglect their animals but its wrong for you to lump them all together.
I think you need to spend some time working with a circus and get the truth there is laws protecting the animals and the circus follows them if you can prove different notify the humane society and they will take care of it,
I think its a bit hypocritical of you to say its ok to keep cats and dogs but not "circus" animals. Dogs are only pets because we made them so. All animals should be free.
Mo Mo, I admire your passion. These acts have been going on since the circus was invented back in the 1800's. People have been protesting about the same amount of time and the circus is still going. It is kind of like our corrupt politicians: you can protest about their actions, but does it really do any good? They still get elected no matter how corrupt they may be. Basically, dont go to the circus. Protest all you want (assuming you are American). Will I go to the circus? No. Have not been since I was a kid and it didnt intrest me then nor does it interest me now.
i`m sure there are some low rent carnival types that mistreat their animals but i think most real acts are monitored pretty closely.
