I am on probation in the state of Fl. Is there any thing I can do on my pc for public service work ?

No. You either have to perform the community service hours or pay money for the hours you do not perform. The courts actually prefer money because they are not adequately funded by the legislature.

Check with your probation officer. He/she can give you a list of places looking for help where you can do your time.
