Did the commutation of Libby's sentence change your opinion of the American justice system?
Did it make you lose faith or respect or trust for the justice system here? Do you think there are millions of people locked up for long terms for doing a lot less harm than Libby did? What was the real reason Bush commuted his sentence? Will you ever get the same kind of break? Or anybody you are ever likely to meet?

this was not a witch hunt, the divulging of the identity of an agent is TREASON, which is a a high crime and all the more that it was done for political reasons,and bush, cheney and libby should all have been thrown in jail. thank you CHRISTIANS for caring so much more about what consenting gay adults do than about a president with integrity. this man's actions are all the more deplorable than Clinton's because of Bush's gall in hiding behind Jesus. The money changers have taken over the temple and their welcome to it!

No. My opinion changed when Slick Willy started pardoning imprisoned terrorists and wanted fugitives.
No it did not change my opinion of the American justice system. It remains the same. Power, and money will always win out.
But I wouldn't trade the American justice system for any other countries, except for Englands. Theirs is not perfect either, but besides America, and England we would all be up the creek.
I will likely never be in that situation. No, my opinion of the American justice system has not changed. I still think it needs to have some changes but I thought that before this and this has not effected my opinion.
There have been other clemency actions that have been questioned in the past also.
