No sound or lip movement on the talking cards when I try to review. I sent one to a neighbor and it worked?

no sound or lip movement on the talking cards, when I try to review what I'm trying to send. My neighbor however did get lip movement and sound. I also didn't get any of the sound or movement when they sent me one.??? can you help me. O yes I have good sound on other cards and music on the computer. thank you don wilson
