Are there laws that would prevent me getting married in Sicily?

Just wondering, as in some countries it's not valid - I live in the UK. Also, would you have to belong to a certain church or certain religion? Thanks xx

Answers:
Ask at your local registry office in England if you are both resident in this country they can issue you with the paperwork needed to get married in Italy. If your intended is resident in Sicily then they can get the relevant paper work from their end. If you want to get married in a church I rather suspect you need to be a good catholic.
