There is hope. The state of New Jersey used to outsource work abroad. It got reported in the Asbury Park Press, noted for its sound investigative journalism. This created public debate and the state legislature passed a law requiring that:
1. Where practicable work for the state should be done in New Jersey.
2. If it could not be done at a reasonable price or to acceptable quality within the state, the agency could seek vendors from other states.
3. On no account could State work be outsourced abroad.

Write to the newspaper who reported this and write to the elected officials who have the power to take action. If they do not act, you have the right to remove them from office. Remember, the US Constitution gives the final say to you. If enough people agree with you, the people's collective will is going to prevail. Don't be frightened of being involved in the political process and do not be intimidated by "Leaders." Those leaders form a government. Any government of the people is run by the people (including you) and for the people (also including you). In short, "Leaders" are not some sort of demi-gods. You can disagree with them and tell them what you think.

This is not good
Here's an idea - drive within the law. Don't get stopped.
Si
I am sickened, but not suprised. Every past dead President is rolling over in his grave now. None of our former leaders would have stood for the crap going on today.
