Smoking ban/uk?

due to the smking ban pubs, bars & clubs will notice a dramatic loss in takings can they claim this back in compensation more so if they are forced to close. This will be most evident to bars without gardens and clubs (even more so as they dont like people going in and out all the time)

Answer:
The government should not tell a business how to operate. The freemarket must determine what is to stay, or go.
