I need help with a business issue...?

Should business like mine ask if people it they are taking medcinal marijuana or any other narcotic for health reasons and for health reasons only, and if they are do they need to notify us and if they dont notify us can I fire them or not. My business does have zero tolerance drug policy? Any help or point views (logical and no bashing point views) are welcomed.

If it affects their work then yes. The zero tolerance drug policy most likely only applies to illegal use.
