Will i go to jail?
i'm 20. she's 17. age of consent in my state is 16. does it mean that a 16 year old can have sex w/ people over 18, or with people between 16-18? I want to make love to her but I would like to stay out of jail.

if the age of consent is 16, and she is over 16, then she is old enough to make her own decisions.
i.e. she can have consensual sex which means that stautory rape does not apply.
but don't forget to practice safe sex.
