Can i file a police report over the phone or do i have to go in in person?
I JUS GOT OUT OF A BAD BREAK UP WITH A BOY I LOANED HIM 20 DOLLARS MY LAST DOLLARS TO MY NAME TO HELP HIM PAY HIS PROBATION AND NOW HE'S SAYN FU.CK MY MONEY AND EVERYTHING ELSE BECAUSE OF SOME STUFFI SAID ABOUT HIM ON MYSPACE OUT OF SPITE, AND BECAUSE OF THE STUFF HE WROTE ABOUT HE STARTED TO CUSS ME OUT OVER THE PHONE AND HE TOLD ME THAT HIS SISTER AND ALOT OF HIS FEMALE FRIENDS WERE GOING TO BEAT ME UP THE NEXT TIME THAT THEY SEE ME. I KNOW ITS LATE BUT COULD I CAL THIS TYPE OF THING IN OR DO I HAVE TO DO IT IN PERSON? AND IM 17 AND HE IS 18 IF YALL WERE WONDERIN WHAT THE AGES WERE OR ANYTHING

Most jurisdictions will take a report over the phone but then you have to go down and sign it anyway. You should have already called the police and reported the threats and your fear of bodily harm. They will send an officer to take your statement and assist you with a restraining order if necessary. If you haven't already done this, do it. If you are able, have your parents involved because you are a minor. These things can spiral out of control and you need to protect yourself from this situation.
