Trailer Park Law, California?

I live in a trailer park on state property. I purchased a trailer from a person that moved. It has taken me 2 months to get moved (and still haven't). I have no contract on the new space and nothing 'official' from the managers about me occupying the space.

I received a notice that I owe 2 months space rent for the new space. And a notice that one of the trailers is going to be towed away in 3 days. Can they do that?

Answers:
better just pay it, and get everything figured then....or youll be movin again...
