Another question about a citation to discover assets?

my court date is set and the time is 9am when i haveta be in there, if i pay them at say 8am, can they still stop the court?? im trying to save me a days worth of work if possible, and i couldnt get all the money togather until a day before the court date

The question isn't clear, but, generally, if you've paid a debt, the creditor/litigant may either not appear or file a stipulation of settlement or discontinuance.
