Verbal abuse at work.?
Hi!
Yesterday my foreman- driver returned from the job he performed and told me an interesting story.
His guys scratched the wall in the house where they performed contracted job. And the hostess began to say really terrible words. she began to roar, record everything on the cam.
The foreman has 2 witnesses.
Can I help him with advice?

How about this advice? Man up and get over it!
Probably not much you can do about that. She is the customer and if she is not happy, someone is either in trouble, going to loose their job, or the customer is going to bad-mouth the company to their friends.
