Go to the local court, either county or city, depending on where he lives. Ask the clerk of the court for the paperwork. You will pay a fee and in about 2 to 6 weeks you will appear beofre a judge, explain your case and they will make a decision.
Call your local police or sheriff's department. Either one of these law enforcement agencies can help you with securing a restraining order against your ex. Good luck!
Go to the Courthouse and see a Judge. Have you kept records as to why you need a restraning order ? Bring someone along that can verify that you need one. Good luck!
the police, then go to court!
You should get an attorney, but the D.A. may do it for you.
Go to the courthouse.
Find and ask "The District Clerk"
good luck
In the town you live in, go to the District Attorney's office or if they call it the Prosecuting Attorney's office and find out from the how to get a restraining order for your ex.
You can also go back to the courthouse where your divorce was issued and ask the clerk in the courthouse.
If you live in one of the 30+ states that has a "right to carry" law, go and get your permit and a gun and learn to use it. The police are only good for investigating the crime after you are already dead.
