Iam in deep doo doo again, HELP !?
i was sitting in the mall minding my own buisness, when this dude in a suit came over and asked if i could watch his package for a minute. after 2hours the mall was about to close and he never came back. this mall security goof came up and told me i had to leave. i told him that i couldnt leave right now, he said i was banned from the mall then,so i cussed him out. next thing i know he was chasing me through the mall. when i got home i seen the sack had a $325.00 item inside. next day i took it back to the store and got the money for it. i was loafing in the food court later and here comes the guy who left the bag with me and the mall security dude who chased me. he said thats the punk whole stole my sack. the mall goof had his handcuffs out so i hauled butt.this time there was a cop in the parking lot,he got me and i was charged with theft by taking and 2 counts of criminal tresspass. the cop wouldnt listen to my side of the story. court is in 9 days. what di i do now ?
Answer:
Get a lawyer and demand the tape for the mall security cameras. Make sure you ask for it immediately. You still should not have sold it, but turn it in to the mall security. Whats the trespassing for. If it's because you were banned from the mall on that day, you could demonstrated that you waited a decent time for the guy.

guilty with explanation the property was left in your care and you in no way tryed too keep from the person whom was said owner returning to the store and all can be wrong you may have if known then it to hand over to lost and found at a police station for 90 days then nothing could be done but this seems to be abandoned proprerty and you have fufilled your oblagation too said party and presumed a gift and may file harassment from others
Jail ain't nearly as bad as they say. I was there for three weeks once. My bunkmate was there for something called third degree rape. It seems he got some girl drunk before he had his wicked way with her. We got along fine.

Your story starts to stink when some random guy hands you a bag with a $325 item in it, then it goes down-hill in terms of credibility from there.
