Internet Prescriptions topic?

If the physicians are not deceptive, should the courts allow all types of medications to be prescribed over the Internet? Why or why not? Explain whether the practice of prescribing medications via the Internet might reach the point at which it “shocks the conscience” of the court.

Answers:
how can you not be deceptive by prescribing over the Internet, in all states to prescribe a schedule drug you have to be examined by a physician. shocks the conscience of the court never heard of it, i think it would shock the court if a bunch of pill heads were diverting legal drugs by obtaining them fraudulently over the net, all meds should be prescribed by a real doctor in a controlled environment. the only people who would do this are the ones who are on a watch list and cant see a doctor because of their levels of abuse you cant give a urine sample by computer this is the only way doctors know the levels of a drug in their system this also tells the Doctor if the meds are being taking by Rx., or if they abusing the drugs. the net only would be a script shop
