HOW CAN I OVERTUrN A COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENT ?
My ex girlfriend, has COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENTS against me.of nonsense claims.MALICIOUS PROSECUTION ? just to see me again..she takes me to County Court.to FLOUT an ANTI HARRASMENT ORDER against her , how do I get the Court Order recognised as a MALICIOUS PROSECUTION ?

If you can't afford a Solicitor, The Citizens Advice Bureau "employ" volunteer solicitors. You could make an appointment to see one for advice.
I think you should see a really good solicitor - one that specialises in court work. He/she will be able to advise you on how to go about it.
Ignore it. County court (uk) not worth a rub.
Well prosecution is a procedure in criminal law, and CCJs are civil law, so you've got your wires crossed there!
Change your name to Hilton !! Then you'll get special treatment!! Just kidding!! You'll need a lawer to sort this out ! It will cost you lots though!!
Do what the American (Israel) government does, hire someone to mind/thought control the Court to do what you want.
Appeal the decision in a higher court - not cheap, but might give you the desired outcome.
Talk to Citizen's Advice, your local Law Office or your solicitor.
She has obviously not been able to let go of you and her behaviour is erratic to say the least.
You may have to notch up the restraining order.
I might be wrong, but CCJ's are usually for money owed, you can 'settle' these by paying all monies owed to lender.
I think your talking about either a Magistrate or Crown Court, in either court you would have been given the chance to defend yourself. If the court ruled against you, there is a appeal process, though I don't think you would be able to claim Legal Aid.
