What is James M's problem?
Why does James M. feel the need to throw out his resume? I am the 'Repeat Offender" that you referred to James, and a 91 Gulf War Vet headed to Medical School with a 3.98 GPA, still wanna swap resumes?

He's not throwing out his resume so much as I think he's letting you know why he answered the way he did.
I'm sure as a former policeman he has seen many drunk-driving fatalities and as a veteran he is saying you shouldn't use the "veteran" card to help your case.
No, thank you. I don't really care much for heavy medal band or bar. Your GPA is good for that med school you are going need for some knowledge of. Hope you live with heath and peace at this last moment in your live.
Well deadliestdiver,I am not disrespecting you,and I am not throwing out my "resume",but just trying to point out that you will have problems getting your driving privileges back.I am also well educated with a degree in engineering.As far as being a vet,I can relate to that because I spent 39 months in country (Nam) and I respect all vets.I really do hope you get your licenses back.I think they should take into consideration the fact that you are a Gulf War Vet.Sorry if I came across kind of hard nosed.A 3.98 GPA is great,and getting into med school is no small feat either.I wish you all the best.I hope you can get by without a lawyer.Have you spoken to the VA about this?They may be able to help.
How about another vets opinion? This man may be saying that the race card has been thrown so much you may as well cry wolf! The man is telling you how the cow eats the cabbage, it matters none to anyone if you like it or not! Your status as a vet buys no free lunches in this world. You asked for an answer and you got one.
