What would you say to the Judge that released a PEDOPHILE because he claims not to speak English?
The Victim is a 7 year old girl and the Pedophile of Rockville Maryland finished an American College. How did he do that if he could not speak English?

There has to be more to it. If not, report the Judge to the bar. He can be disbarred for not doing his job right.

I searched the Maryland sex offenders registry and am totally shocked!! Most zip codes have about 20-200 registered. This one only has 2!!

That was a bad judgment. First, the judge should have verified whether the accused was telling the truth when he claimed he could not speak English. Second, granting that accused could not speak English, it is the duty of the judge to employ ways and means within his power to determine the truth and do justice to the parties involved.

Wasn't this the story that nutcase Nancy Grace was talking about? The way I understand it theres alot more to the story! I think they dropped the case since he was facing more serious charges elsewhere and they couldn't prosecute him on that unless they did, she left that out.
There is really no other reason that the judge dismissed the case other that it had been 3 years since his arrest, though he was not in jail, and they say they could not find someone to interpret for him.

I find this all a bunch of BS and laziness on the part of the court.
I would ask why an interpreter was not made available to prosecute the individual to eliminate doubt of his understanding the proceedings.
I would also report the judge to your state attorney's office and to whatever judicial review board the presides in your state.
I would say to the judge."Hey Genius, AT&T has an easy access translation service...couldn't you just pick up a phone.or is this victim not deserving of justice."
Or I could say... Doesn't the alleged rapist/pedophile deserve to be heard and understood so he can vindicate himself in a court of law?
Sounds like this case must have a lot more facts than what you are presenting.

Pedophiles are worthless pieces of crap and deserve to die a slow and painful death. Hopefully this will eventually happen to him.
