Can someone explain the bill of rights of the philippines section 8/give some example how to apply dis right?

bill of rigth section 8 is
"The right of the people, including those employed in the public and private sectors, to form unions, associations, or societies for purposes not contrary to law shall not be abridged."

Answers:
hello! I think it is clearly stated in that section. It's employees' right to form any organization or union that will beneficial to both the company and the employees. Meaning, it is not formed by malicious purposes and formed without violating the existing laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If in good faith, any organization formed must not be prevented nor intimidated by the owner or management. Example is employees' cooperatives. Hope this could help...
