How do I write a thesis on euthanasia?
Answers:
Research it. Include the history, politics behind it, and the science/technical stuff. Wikipedia is a good site to start to research stuff, you can use the information off there to stretch it into enough paragraphs to write a decent report (depending upon subject.)...
talk to some people and families that are dealing with a terminal illness
Look at the Constitution and base it on that
it depends on your stance on the subject and what you are writing it for and where you are planning on taking it. i know a lot about euthanasia because i debated it for two years so i could help if you like but, like i said, it depends.
Euthanasia for what?
What's your question exactly?
You'd write it the same as any other project. Gather for and against arguments, use quotes to illustrate points, using reputable sources, and criticisms on those sources. Make a balanced argument but don't be afraid to voice your own opinion. Most importantly, don't write anything you don't have sources for, as you need cold hard facts. If these facts cause you to come up with an idea of your won then you can write that. It's a good idea to come up with stuff of your own, as it shows you've taken the initiative and have a critical mind, but these ideas need to have come from something factual and recorded. Make sure you don't plagiarise.
You might consider using interviews conducted by yourself. Find someone who has considered it, or who has had someone ask them to di it, or similar. Write down the questions you want to ask beforehand, and take a small tape recorder in with you so that you can quote them directly and listen to their answers a few times.
That is such a big topic to write about. What I would do is consult with your professor who is advising you on writing your thesis.
You may wan to do a little research first and then chose one topic regarding euthanasia to write about.
I hope this helps
