How do you find out about someones background on the internet,,,for free?
I'm trying to find out about someones criminal sexual court case,how do I find it online ? For free ?

You can't do it for free, you have to at least pay for the service. Otherwise anyone would be able to track other people whenever they wanted to, and this would lead to a very Sad and horrible America.
Can you imagine the psychos? they would just track their victims and do whatever they want. This is why the government tracks and controls people like these, even though the services say they keep it confidential they actually give the government a database, and who background checked someone.

now if you are looking for a court case as stated in your q you will not find it there. only convicted people get listed. if it is still a pending case you will have to pry into your local government judicial system and unless you know somebody good luck with that...
you could look them up on the megan's law website or check the d.o.c. (depertment of corrections) website for free.
go to the megans law website,it will tell you all the sex offenders in an area,i looked and found my old boss
Unless he is a registered ex-convict sex offender there is nothing you can do.
There is no such thing as a "free background check".
It depends on what state. Some states info is not 'open'. Az. court info is open, so you just go to the court website. You can find tickets/violations, civil/criminal info even family court info. You should know middle initial and birthdate just so you don't look up the wrong person, alot of people do have similar names.
In Az. you can look up cases still pending.
