4, but that's SO obsolete. I can't imagine anyone taking the Constitution seriously any more! Why, nobody's paid attention to it for a hundred years!
There are no limits on government power -- that's the beauty of a democracy (and why those poor misguided Founders set up a Republic).
That joker that answered the question with his opininion does'nt really know squat..Because you got people crying 1st amendment all the time..I would agree to say that when they conformed the constitution that they were so unaware of what kind of B.S. it would lead to today.
However- the 4th amendment still applies to today..It's the fact that we tend to play the chump to law enforcement, or law enforcement break rules..But, because we don't say anything, or because lawyers are so friggin' expensive, law enforcement takes an advantage of that..
So, it's pretty much a lose, lose situation..
