Is it against the law to?

steal off a dead person in the funeral home weather you know them or not, even while no one is looking''

Answers:
YES!

yes. were you kidding?
Of course it is. And it's despicable. What kind of lowlife would do that?
Yes moron it`s still stealing.
i have no idea it probably is but its inethical and u will soon meet ur maker and be judged! remember that
uh yeah! that's horrible! and yes it is a crime! it's called theft! anyone who would do that deserves the harshest punishment possible!

dont you have any respect for the dead?

what if it was your mother or father or one of your friends in that casket and someone did that. you would want to kill them! i can't believe anyone would be that coldhearted and despicable. some people make me sick!
Yes it is, would be against the law to steal from the dead.

Would you like it to happen to someone you loved or yourself ?
o yeah its stealing if you do it i hope your punishment is harsh and you are blacklisted from working anywhere except prison
You've got to be kidding!!? You know the answer to this question - OF COURSE it is against the law to steal, from anyone, anywhere !!

You'll lose your job at the very least.
If you do it when no one is looking, it is a felony! Now, if you do it in front of at least three people, it is perfectly legal. In fact, if anyone tries to stop you, you can sue them for ten times the value of what you took or $1500, whichever is higher. They even have to pay your lawyer's fee.

It is also considered robbery for anyone to try to stop you. In every state but Massachusetts, you have the right to use deadly force on a robber.

You can blow them away and then sue their estate! In this case, you get to add a $5000 inconvenience fee.

My advice: goforit! Be sure to pack a big pistol with a high capacity magazine. The Glock 22 is chambered for .40S&W and comes with 2 15-round mags.
Yes! Stealing is against the law. Did you really need that explained to you?!!
Yes it is against the law, practically some people do steal dead people either in the funeral home or in the cemetery for profit. Meaning for the purpose of selling them to medical institution for research or biological studies.

Unless you are accredited funeral homes who do sell this dead body you are excempted by law but individual who steal them for profit is something else they could be charge in court for stealing cadavers.
Duh its stealing and rude...Ask for forgiveness or you will never enter the Gates of ST. Peter
No duh
