My neighbor blocks my driveway all the time.?
She covers appx a foot on my driveway space. i told her several times but does not listen. If i call the police they dont do ****. They are very discriminatory. i don't even bother calling them anymore.

Pour nails in the spot that is in front of your driveway where she parks. Maybe then she'll get a clue!
Call a tow truck then. They won't discriminate.
I think you can have her towed
place some kind of barrier around your driveway with a sign that says no trespassing.
Keep a log of the dates and times they are there in case she ever hits you.
Well since you have already tried to talk to her and the police seem to be no help, the only solution I can offer is call a towing company and get her car towed. I hope this helps.

if all else fails, call your city hall and ask for your alderman, tell him the police are failing to help and you do not wish to start any continuing problems with your neighbor.
maybe they can help or advise you.

1. Take pictures of how much over the driveway she is. Be Sure to do something to record the date and time each time you take the picture.
2. Send a "cease and desist" letter asking her to please stop blocking the driveway, or she will be towed.
3. Check with your local regulations on parking. Make sure you have the right to have her towed. Most towing companies will tow the vehicle, and charge the owner for the towing charges -- however they may need a licensed officer to write a ticket for them to do so.

Try putting parking cones up at the end of your driveway. If that doesn't keep her from parking there, start letting the air out of the tiers that are parked in your driveway. Don't damage them just make them flat. She will get the hint. Some times rude people have to be dealt with by rude measures.
This happened to me and I just called the tow truck company and told them that a car was blocking my driveway. About 15 minutes later they arrived and took the car away. I warned the woman not to park there and she still did. She was SOL.
Several people have made suggestions that can get you into trouble.
You need to find out what the laws are in your community ... where someone makes a suggestion ... make sure it is legal to do that.
I do not know if it is legal to have tow truck company remove a car just because it is blocking your driveway.
I suppose you have exhausted talking to the neighbors and asking for help from the police.
There are all kinds of places you can go to charge various forms of discrimination, but they generally take years to resolve cases.
I think maybe the news media is the next place to try.
Get some photos showing the car blocking your driveway, include license plate in the photo.
Send this to local TV and local newspapers.
Include in your note what if anything the police said as to how come they not doing anything about this.
Ask the news media if there is a police policy to discriminate against Hispanics.
Pretty soon there will be reporter(s) around to ask follow-up questions ... you be polite, but sad ... this is a big nuisance ... reiterate that you have pleaded with neighbor and police to put a stop to this, but nothing happens.
That's one approach. Another approach would be to consult a lawyer about
(a) civil suit against neighbor for ... I do not know what charge
(b) lawyer do what the police should be doing ... it is like a citizen's arrest, except with the car
