How many times will the American police imprison Cindy Sheehan for exercising her right to free speech?
This woman tries to voice her opposition to the soiling of our Constitution, each time she speaks up, the Americans throw her in a prison. Do they think the world isn't watching?

It's a shame she has to speak up the way she does. I feel horrible for her and the position she is in.
She isn't being locked up for WHAT she is saying.
But (at least some of the times) she did violate local laws on HOW she was saying it.
I haven't checked on the most recent incident.

None of our Constitutional rights are unconditional. If she is arrested it is because she violates the law.
As many times as they can until 2008 when Mr. Bush is finally gone. At least she is making her point. I have the utmost respect for her.
Every time they arrest her she attracts more attention to her cause. I think that she is a fine and courageous person. This is probably not the last time she'll be arrested.
They arrest her for disorderly conduct. She has the right to peaceably assemble. If she's acting in a disorderly manner, she is not peaceably assembled. I they could arrest someone for talking, Michael Moore would have been gone long ago.
For the record, since some seem to have missed it, she was most recently arrested in a democrat's office.
She usually gets locked up for trespassing and other similar offenses. Not for her speech. You can demonstrate and exercise your rights but not anywhere you please.
To the best of my knowledge she has never been to prison. Just jail.

she's not being imprisoned for what she's saying, but for how she's saying it. you don't have absolute free speech ("fire" in a theater). and she's been arrested for trespassing, and disorderly conduct, not for speaking out. she has the right to express her views, but not wherever and whenever she wants to. i absolutely agree with her message, but she certainly has broken the law
Cindy Sheehan is an embarrassment! she just needs to go away........ into the fog!
